Is there any better place to celebrate Valentine's Day than Niagara Falls, the Honeymoon Capital of the world?
This city was made for romance. Here are a few reasons why.
- We have the largest source of negative ions in the world. Okay, so what are they? When the massive volume of water flows over the falls they create these ions that make you feel, well how do I say it, energetic. Check out the full meaning of these ions on Wikipedia.
- We’re the traditional Honeymoon capital of the world. Each year our tourist association hands out thousands of Honeymoon Certificates verifying you were here on your honeymoon.
- check out this Niagara Falls site for one of the largest Valentine's Days packages to be found anywhere. You can even get a room with a bath tub in the shape of a heart. Is their anything more romantic than that?
- Spend time with your sweetie under the lights of the falls which are illuminated each evening every night of the year.

Oh the lovers come a thousand miles,
They leave their home and mother
Yet when they reach Niagara Falls,
They only see each other.
