Wine aficionados eagerly await the beginning of this annual Niagara festival which celebrates the Canada’s cherished product - Icewine.
During this period there are plenty of outdoor ice-carving shows and snow based activities taking place in the Niagara area.
The Biggy is Xerox’s Red Hot and Ice Gala held on Friday, January 11th at the Fallsview Casino Resort in Niagara Falls. Over 30 Ontario wineries showcase their wines and especially their icewines. This is a fun evening with outstanding entertainment and plenty of great food.
